The Provost's Scholarship is awarded to incoming first-year in-state students of the highest academic quality. Academic performance is assessed through information provided in the IU Admissions application, including high school transcript information. No additional scholarship application is needed if meeting the November 1 deadline.

• As these are highly competitive merit-based scholarships, these have award amounts that vary.
• The awards are renewable for four years.
