Creating a New Event

Step 1: Enter the DIsplay Name, Keywords, Description for the Inline Metadata section.

Step 2: In the Event area enter the Title, Start Date and Time and End Date and Time.

Step 3: In the Content area enter the text for the event.

Step 4: In the next section enter the text you want for the Teaser.

Step 5: Remember to submit your changes and
 publish the page for the updates to apply.

Creating Event Attendees Pages


Step 1: Navigate to the WCMS, find the event that needs to have and event attendee page associated with it. Copy down the system name EXACTLY as it appears.

Step 2: Click on the event-attendees folder.


Step 3: Click on one of the existing event attendees pages.

Step 4: Click on the Copy tab at the top.

Step 5: In the System Name field, input the name of the event that was copied down in Step 1.

Step 6: Click the Submit button.

Step 7: Click the Edit tab at the top, and update the Display name.

Step 9: Remember to Publish upon completion.
